Bridge spiritual experience and psychological integration in a safe, trauma-informed space.
LIMINAL Integration is an 8-week closed, online cohort for therapists, supervisors, healers, and creatives holding spiritually meaningful or transpersonal spaces. This model bridges psychological safety, nervous system awareness, symbolic meaning, and embodied integration.
This is not a belief system and does not teach spiritual doctrine. It is a reflective, ethical, professional framework to support you and your clients in integrating meaningful experiences safely.
ABOUT THE COURSE
'Liminal' means 'threshold' or 'in-between space'
The liminal holds the moment when old patterns dissolve and new integration emerges
This model supports the bridge and wounded healer archetypes: when staying present while others transform is essential to your work.
This model connects spiritual experience, psychological understanding, and embodied functioning
Therapists, counsellors, and supervisors
Healers, Reiki practitioners, Shamanic practitioners
Coaches and creative facilitators
Those witnessing spiritual bypass, awakening, or unintegrated transpersonal experience
Confidence holding spiritually meaningful experience ethically
Awareness of nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practice
Integration of symbolic and spiritual meaning into everyday life
Creative and reflective tools for personal and professional development
Capacity to hold clients’ transformative experiences without bypass or drift
8 weekly sessions, 2 hours 15 minutes per session
Closed, small group for intimacy and safety
Creative and reflective exercises (journaling, meditation, art, nature-inspired practice)
Breakout discussions, group dialogue, personal and professional reflection

The course is held by Amanda, a trained counsellor, expressive arts therapist, Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and integrative creative supervisor. These skills are integrated into a trauma-informed, relationally safe, and reflective supervision space.

Recordings are not made for confidentiality reasons and to maintain a safe space, but you will receive the power point prior to each session opening and a full set at the end of your course, along with a certificate of completion and any other shared material
