Nature and Soul does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Supervision Records

Supervision records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for professional and legal purposes.

Enquiries

If counselling does not proceed, enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary before being securely deleted or destroyed.

Newsletter Information

Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
