These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nature and Soul website (natureandsoul.co.uk), including counselling and clinical supervision enquiries, workshops, online courses, digital resources, newsletters and any other services offered through the website.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product or service, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase services.

Nature and Soul aims to provide services with professionalism, compassion and integrity.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
misuse or attempt to interfere with the website
upload malicious software or harmful code
attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems
copy or redistribute website content without permission
use the website in any way that could damage Nature and Soul or other users.
I reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.
Counselling and supervision are professional services offered following an initial enquiry and, where appropriate, an agreed contract between us.
Submitting an enquiry form, sending an email or booking an introductory conversation does not guarantee that counselling or supervision will be offered.
I reserve the right to determine whether I am able to work safely and appropriately with a prospective client and may suggest alternative sources of support where appropriate.
The counselling agreement provided before therapy begins sets out the specific terms relating to appointments, confidentiality, cancellations, fees and professional practice. Those terms take precedence where they differ from these website Terms.
Nature and Soul also provides educational workshops, online courses and downloadable resources designed to support learning and personal wellbeing.
These materials are educational in nature and are intended for general information and personal development.
Purchasing or accessing a workshop, online course, webinar, digital download or other educational resource does not establish a counselling, psychotherapy, supervisory or therapeutic relationship with Nature and Soul.
If you require therapeutic support, you should arrange counselling separately.
Bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Nature and Soul.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary, including where circumstances arise that make it inappropriate or impossible to provide the service.
Where a booking is cancelled by Nature and Soul, any payment already made for that service will normally be refunded in full unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
Fees are displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
Payments may be made using:
Stripe
BACS (where offered)
All payments must be made in pounds sterling (£).
Nature and Soul does not store your payment card details.
Cancellation arrangements for counselling and supervision are set out in your individual counselling or supervision agreement.
Refunds are considered in accordance with UK consumer law.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, your statutory right to cancel may end once download or access begins if you have expressly agreed to this before purchase.
If a workshop or course is cancelled by Nature and Soul, you will normally be offered either:
an alternative date,
a transfer to another event, or
a refund where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Where counselling or supervision is provided online, sessions are normally delivered using Zoom.
You are responsible for:
ensuring you have a suitable internet connection
joining sessions on time
choosing a private and confidential environment where possible.
Nature and Soul cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet services or be responsible for technical failures outside reasonable control.
If you subscribe to the Nature and Soul newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails about:
wellbeing
workshops
courses
resources
practice updates.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the intellectual property of Nature and Soul.
This includes:
written content
downloadable resources
workbooks
PDFs
videos
audio recordings
graphics and artwork
branding
logos
course materials.
You may download or print materials only for your own personal use unless otherwise stated.
You must not:
reproduce

Where you purchase digital resources or online courses, access is provided for your own individual use.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
share login details

Nature and Soul aims to provide accurate, thoughtful and up-to-date information.
However, information provided on this website, in workshops, newsletters, online courses or digital resources is for general educational and informational purposes only.
It should not be relied upon as medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
Individual experiences vary, and no guarantee is made regarding particular outcomes.
Nature and Soul does not provide a crisis or emergency service.
If you believe you or someone else is at immediate risk of serious harm, contact the emergency services by calling 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency Department.
If you need urgent mental health support outside appointments, please contact your GP, NHS 111 (option 2 where available), or another appropriate crisis service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature and Soul shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential losses
business interruption
loss of profits
loss of data
reliance on general educational content
technical failures beyond reasonable control.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained from this website or educational materials.
