REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Digital products –
If you have difficulty downloading any digital products from Nature and Soul, please contact amanda@natureandsoul.co.uk for troubleshooting support. Returns, refunds or cancellations are not available for digital products once purchased and downloaded. On purchasing, you are accepting responsibility for ensuring the product will meet your needs at the time of purchase and download.
All services and products –
Nature and Soul offers products and services for self-support and one to one and group services. Please ensure the product or service you are purchasing will meet your needs. We endeavour to describe our products and services in as much detail as possible. In using this website or purchasing services or products, you are agreeing to take responsibility for your own needs by ensuring the product or service will meet your needs. If at any time during a course or workshop whether online or face to face, you experience an issue, it is your responsibility to address this directly and appropriately with Nature and Soul/Amanda. The issue will be discussed with you personally or within the group, whichever is most appropriate to the needs of the situation. In taking part in group classes, workshops and courses, you are agreeing to co-create an inclusive and respectful community, with the aim of resolution and repair if issues arise, to ensure that all members feel safe, heard, supported and included.
How to get help with a product or service –
If you have further questions prior to purchasing, contact amanda@natureandsoul.co.uk no question is too small, to ensure the right product fits your needs. All products and services are not a replacement for medical or mental health support. Clients who have signed a counselling and psychotherapy service agreement contract with Amanda Sanford at Nature and Soul will have discussed their medical and mental health support needs prior to contract. We advise you to check with your healthcare provider before purchasing or taking part in any services or products offered by Amanda Sanford at Nature and Soul. If you are attending a group workshop or course or purchasing any products and have any concerns about whether they will be suitable for your needs, please ask Amanda or your medical provider for advice.
Cancellations of services –
If you are unable to attend an appointment, workshop or course, please refer to the cancellation policy or contract for each service.
In all instances, the first step should be to contact Amanda Sanford at Nature and Soul amanda@natureandsoul.co.uk or by the telephone number you will be given, 48 hours prior to your face to face or online appointment, course or workshop to inform Amanda of your inability to attend. No refunds can be given after this time.
