A self-supportive, therapeutic creative space for reflection, presence and self-connection
Life can feel busy, overwhelming, or confusing, and sometimes we need a gentle, held space to pause, notice, and reconnect with ourselves. Creative Sanctuary is an online group designed for self-supportive reflection and creative exploration, helping you slow down, process, and connect with your inner wisdom safely and gently.
This is not formal counselling. It is a closed, guided group where you can:
Explore thoughts and feelings through simple creative mediums (drawing, journaling, collage, colour, symbols)
Use reflective practices to tune into your inner experience
Build a sense of calm, clarity, and connection with yourself
Be supported in a trauma-informed, non-judgemental, and spiritually spacious environment
Who This is For:
Creative Sanctuary is ideal for people who:
Want regular, supportive self-reflection in a safe online space
Enjoy creative expression but don’t need to be an “artist”
Seek grounding, calm, and clarity amidst life’s challenges
Want to explore personal growth in a gentle, guided, communal setting
Have received counselling in the past or feel that counselling is not for them at this time and are fully self-supporting with a supportive network
What You Can Expect:
