Life can feel busy, overwhelming, or confusing, and sometimes we need a gentle, held space to pause, notice, and reconnect with ourselves. Creative Sanctuary is an online group designed for self-supportive reflection and creative exploration, helping you slow down, process, and connect with your inner wisdom safely and gently.

This is not formal counselling. It is a closed, guided group where you can:

  • Explore thoughts and feelings through simple creative mediums (drawing, journaling, collage, colour, symbols)

  • Use reflective practices to tune into your inner experience

  • Build a sense of calm, clarity, and connection with yourself

  • Be supported in a trauma-informed, non-judgemental, and spiritually spacious environment

Who This is For:

Creative Sanctuary is ideal for people who:

  • Want regular, supportive self-reflection in a safe online space

  • Enjoy creative expression but don’t need to be an “artist”

  • Seek grounding, calm, and clarity amidst life’s challenges

  • Want to explore personal growth in a gentle, guided, communal setting

  • Have received counselling in the past or feel that counselling is not for them at this time and are fully self-supporting with a supportive network

What You Can Expect:

Each session combines:

  • Guided reflection and mindfulness

  • Creative exercises and symbolic exploration

  • Gentle group sharing (if comfortable)

  • Integration practices to take into your week

Sessions are fortnightly, giving you time to integrate and reflect between meetings. This makes the group suitable for busy schedules and nervous-system friendly pacing.

  • Duration: 6 sessions per cohort

  • Frequency: Fortnightly

  • Session length: 2 hours

  • Group size: 6–8 participants (closed group)

  • Format: Online via Zoom
