Person-centred, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, loss, trauma, change and neurodiversity
When life feels too much, counselling can offer a compassionate, grounded space to explore what is happening and begin to reconnect with yourself, your relationships and your sense of meaning.
This work is not about fixing you, but about coming home to yourself gently, creatively and at your own pace.
Person-centred and trauma-informed therapy from the comfort of your own home.
Gentle, creative, soulful support grounded in effective models, to help you reconnect to yourself
You may be navigating:
Anxiety or emotional overwhelm
Trauma, abuse or family conflict
Loss, grief or life transitions
Burnout and self-criticism
Relationship difficulties
Identity, purpose or belonging
Neurodiversity-related challenges like sensory overload or social stress
Counselling can help you to:
Develop self-compassion and emotional regulation
Heal from past experience at your own pace
Strengthen boundaries, voice and confidence
Reconnect with your inner creativity, calm and clarity
Find meaning and direction for the next chapter of life
My work is founded in Humanistic and Person-Centred practice, which means that your experience and your pace matter. Healing grows in the context of relationship, presence and empathy rather than direction or interpretation.
I bring together a range of integrative modalities to meet you where you are, including:
Person-centred expressive arts therapy: using image, symbol, breath and creative process to support expression when words alone may not reach.
Sand tray and symbolic work: offering indirect, non-verbal ways to explore inner experience and emotional narratives.
Mindfulness & somatic awareness: connecting to body wisdom for regulation and insight.
Nature-inspired reflection: bringing broader context, meaning and environment into your therapeutic process.
Solution-focused and psychoeducational elements: when practical tools or information help make sense of experience.
This blend creates a holistic, embodied way of working that honours mind, body and spirit together.
Sessions are led by your needs, not a formula.
Together we explore what feels most alive and important for you in the moment, sometimes through talking, sometimes through creative or symbolic expression, sometimes through breath and body awareness.
