Supervision

Reflective Supervision for Counsellors, Therapists and Helping Professionals

Supervision is more than case managemen or a professional requirement.

It is a space to think, reflect and be supported in the complexity of therapeutic work. A place to pause and reconnect with the values that guide your work.

A space to explore client work, professional development, ethical dilemmas and the personal impact of holding space for others.

I offer supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, therapists and helping professionals from all modalities.

Alongside client work, many practitioners are also navigating professional development, burnout, creativity, uncertainty, life transitions and their own personal growth.

Supervision provides a space to hold all of these aspects with care.

My Approach

I offer Humanistic, Integrative and Person-Centred supervision informed by Expressive Arts Therapy and trauma-informed practice.

Together we explore:

  • Client work

  • Ethical dilemmas

  • Boundaries

  • Professional identity

  • Burnout and self-care

  • Creativity in practice

  • Confidence and development

  • Personal process where relevant

My role is to provide a supportive, reflective and collaborative relationship where both practitioner and practice can flourish.

Creative and Reflective Supervision

Many practitioners are drawn to supervision that offers space beyond case discussion alone.

Creative and reflective approaches can help illuminate patterns, deepen understanding and support integration.

Methods may include:

  • Reflective writing

  • Creative exploration

  • Imagery

  • Sand tray

  • Symbolic reflection

  • Embodied awareness

All creative work remains grounded in ethical and professional practice.

Who I Work With

Many of the therapists I supervise are:

  • Integrative practitioners

  • Humanistic and person-centred therapists

  • Creative therapists

  • Qualified counsellors

  • Psychotherapists

  • Helping professionals

  • Experienced practitioners seeking a reflective space

  • Therapists interested in creativity, mindfulness and holistic approaches

I welcome therapists from all modalities.

A Space For Reflection

Therapists spend much of their working lives supporting others.

Supervision offers a dedicated space to slow down, think deeply and remain connected to both yourself and your practice.

My aim is not simply to help you do the work.

It is to support you in sustaining yourself within it.

Fees & Availability

I offer supervision online across the UK and in person in West Sussex.

Fees are 1 hour £65 or 1.5 hours £95 and I often have some concessionary spaces.

If you would like to explore working together, you're warmly invited to book an introductory conversation.
