Supervision as Sanctuary

Online Supervision UK

Reflective, Creative & Soul-Centred

I offer two distinct supervision pathways:
1:1 supervision for personalised clinical and ethical support, and a Reflective Creative Peer Supervision Group for shared reflective practice in a small professionally‑held group.

Individual supervision: this is a tailored one-to-one support for your clinical work, ethical reflection, and personal practice development
Creative peer supervision groups: these are small, reflective, and creatively oriented spaces that support ongoing professional self-awareness and collegial connection.

Each offering serves a different professional need, and you are welcome to choose the one that best suits your current practice requirements.

Not sure which pathway is right for you?
Please book a 30‑minute consultation below. I’m happy to help you explore your needs and make a suitable decision.

1:1 SUPERVISION

A Space for Reflection, Renewal & Authenticity

Individual supervision offers focused, one-to-one support for your clinical work, ethical reflection, and professional development. This space is tailored to you and your practice, allowing time for case reflection, boundary and ethical thinking, and deeper personal process in relation to your work with clients. This individual supervision offer is suited to therapists seeking focused case reflection, ethical discussions, and personalised professional support tailored to your practice, your client work and your business.

Supervision is more than professional requirement. It is a living relationship that nurtures both your practice and your wellbeing. My aim is to support you to feel comfortable to bring all of yourself into the room. My approach invites spacious reflection, creative exploration and deep listening to what your work and your soul are communicating.

My Supervision Approach:

  • Humanistic & Person-Centred - rooted in Rogers' Core Conditions

  • Expressive Arts Informed - using image, colour, symbolism, metaphors, story, to deepen insight.

  • Trauma-Sensitive and Soul-Aware - integrating the emotional and the transpersonal.

"The therapist is only as present to the client as they are to themselves" - Carl Rogers

Together, we explore the dynamics, themes, and energies present in your client work, making supervision a creative dialogue with meaning.

Reflective Creative Supervision (Group)

The Reflective Creative Supervision Group is a facilitated, online space for therapists and practitioners who want to reflect on their professional self-experience, creativity, and way of being in the work.

This group is for therapists who want reflective and creative peer support.

It is a space that is designed for reflective, relational and creative context for exploring your experience as a practitioner alongside others.

A space to deepen self-awareness, share reflective inquiry, and engage with your professional identity alongside others. Come and join a monthly online group for qualified therapists, counsellors, and practitioners who want a reflective space that supports their professional self-awareness, wellbeing and lived experience of their work.

This group is not case-management supervision but a reflective, creative process that supports your personal and professional identity, nervous-system care, and ethical thinking.

It complements any required clinical supervision by offering a space to explore you as a person and a practitioner, in relation to your ongoing work, creativity, and inner process.

Who this is for:
