This Agreement outlines how you may access the clinical and non-clinical services offered by Nature & Soul (Amanda Sanford), along with digital products and online content hosted on this Podia website (“Site”).
By using this Site, booking a service, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following terms.
Nature & Soul provides three categories of services:
Counselling
Clinical supervision
Therapeutic coaching (with a clinical base)
These follow professional, ethical and safeguarding standards.
They may include regulated therapeutic activities.
Expressive arts invitations
Peer-supported small groups
Guided reflection, grounding, creative exploration
Non-directive, non-clinical emotional support
These services are not therapy and do not replace mental health care.

Pre-recorded content
Journals, frameworks, scripts, meditations
Online self-paced programmes
All materials are covered by copyright and intellectual property law.

3. Distinction Between Clinical & Non-Clinical Services
It is essential that clients understand the difference:
Bound by professional ethics (BACP)
May include assessment, formulation, in-depth therapeutic work
Require informed consent
Follow strict confidentiality, safeguarding and record-keeping
Include clinical notes held securely
Non-clinical
Not a substitute for therapy
Do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions
No clinical notes are taken
No crisis or emergency support is provided
You are responsible for accessing appropriate clinical or medical support when needed.
Confidentiality is upheld except in cases where safety, legal obligations, or professional ethics require disclosure (e.g., risk of harm, safeguarding, court order).
Full details are provided in the clinical contract at the start of therapy/supervision.
Sessions are NOT recorded
Personal stories shared are confidential within the group
Participants may not repeat or share others’ experiences
No clinical notes are kept
Confidentiality is mutual—not therapeutic or legally protected confidentiality
No personal data is shared in downloadable or pre-recorded materials
If you book clinical sessions through this Site:
You will receive a separate Clinical Contract
Clinical work does not take place through Podia
Podia is used ONLY for scheduling and payment processing
Clinical records are NOT stored on Podia
All content is owned by Nature & Soul / Amanda Sanford, including:
Course materials, worksheets, meditations
Videos, audio, journals, scripts
Creative Sanctuary or Root and Rise structures
Branding and website text
Creative frameworks and exercises
Clinical tools, handouts, models created by the practitioner
Use materials for personal growth
Download content for private use
Keep items you have purchased
Share, copy, distribute, or upload content anywhere
Use the materials with clients, supervisees, or groups
Adapt or resell anything for commercial or professional use
Use the Creative Sanctuary or Root and Rise structures as your own programme
Remove copyright notices
Breaches may result in DMCA takedowns, legal action, or termination of access.
Cancellation policies are outlined in the clinical contract.
Missed session are chargeable - please refer to the contract.
Refund information appears on the booking page.
Spaces may be limited.
Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Nature & Soul complies with the UK GDPR and is registered with the ICO.

No clinical records kept
Reflections shared voluntarily are not stored
Only booking data is retained
Podia stores purchase history; we never store card details
You can request deletion of your account at any time
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
By participating, you agree:
To care for your own emotional wellbeing
To seek clinical support if you experience distress, risk, or crisis
To pause or withdraw from sessions if needed
To contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans, or emergency services in crisis
Creative Sanctuary and digital content cannot provide crisis care.
You agree to:
Engage respectfully with others
Maintain confidentiality
Avoid giving clinical advice or solutions to peers
Not record or screenshot sessions
Use the content responsibly and personally
We may revoke access if boundaries are repeatedly broken.
You agree that:
Clinical services are delivered according to professional ethical standards
Non-clinical and digital services offer no guarantee of benefits
You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
Nature & Soul is not responsible for emotional responses to creative work
Digital content is for personal reflection only
This Agreement may be updated at any time.
The latest version will be posted with the updated date.
Continued use of the Site means acceptance of any changes.
