Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports relaxation, self-awareness, and connection. It is not a belief system or religion, but a reflective, embodied practice that helps students connect with themselves, their energy, and the wider flow of life.
I teach Reiki in a way that is trauma-informed, ethical, reflective, and lineage-informed. My teaching draws from my personal practice, experience as a counsellor and supervisor, and a close connection to the Usui and Hawayo Takata lineage.
Reiki and spirituality in practice, is offered to those interested, alongside counselling, supervision, meditation, and creative work to support integration of the spiritual, emotional, and creative self.
Reiki training and attunements are offered as three connected but distinct stages within each of levels 1 and 2. This structure allows students to integrate knowledge, reflection, and self-awareness before receiving the energetic attunement. From each level, there is the opportunity to take part in further practice and integration at stage, in community.
