A Homecoming To Wholeness
Therapeutic coaching online across the UK.
Creative, Person-Centred and Solution-Focused Effective Coaching for clarity, confidence and meaningful change.
Many adults and young people, especially those who are neurodivergent or highly sensitive, experience anxiety, burnout, and shame within work or traditional learning systems.
As a qualified teacher, counsellor, creative educator and therapist and SEND specialist, I bridge the gap between psychoeducational support and emotional wellbeing, with effective therapeutic coaching.
This is structured support that helps you to feel safe, capable and seen, by integrating a person-centred approach.
I offer 1:1 and small-group online or in-person coaching sessions designed to nurture both confidence and calm.
What does therapeutic coaching include?
A Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach: recognising that being neurodivergent is not a flaw but an individual way of experiencing the world, who you are and to affirm your individual identity
Adapting to neurodivergent needs: I help you to understand your needs and to develop strategies that work for you instead of against you
Building skills and independence: Coaching with me can help you with practical life, such as organisational tasks, executive functioning and time management, organization, and executive functioning We can break down tasks into bite-size, manageable pieces, or use tools to assist you, and we can set these as small, achievable goals, with ongoing support to assist progress.
Improving emotional and social well-being: I offer you ways to manage stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, social skills, build your self-esteem and work on relaltionships.
Addressing internalised ableism: we can work on challenging any negative beliefs about yourself that may make you feel inadequate despite being gifted in other areas.
Focusing on strengths: In therapeutic coaching with me, the whole process involves building your confidence and self-worth. We work to utilise your unique strengths and abilities, to support areas of greater need.
Providing practical tools: What tools do you need to support you to reach your goals? We work together to set your goals and find the tools that will help you the most, such as - creating routines, setting boundaries, and managing sensory overload.
